Dish and cover
Pearl glazed earthenware dish and cover. Oblong, eight-sided dish, with flanged notched rim, slightly recessed to accomodate cover; cover domed with handle, rectilinear in section, formed of two concave curves joined by a straight section on top. Cover and interior of dish transfer printed in underglaze blue with the Swansea Willow Pattern (or Long Bridge pattern) of three arched bridge, pagodas and junks, with butterfly border. Brown enamelled rims.
