S.S. KNOWLTON (2068gt). Great Lakes vessel built 1922 by Fraser Brace Co. Ltd., at Three Rivers, Quebec, Canada, for Canada Steamship Lines, Montreal. Originally named N.H.BOTSFORD, she was re-named KNOWLTON in 1927. Sold in 1945 to Elder-Dempster Lines, Liverpool - she retained the name KNOWLTON. She was scrapped at Milford Haven in April 1951. Sold in 1945 to Elder-Dempster Lines, Liverpool - she retained the name KNOWLTON. She was scrapped at Milford Haven in April 1951.
