Large circular dish, greyish blue oriental hard-paste porcelain, fair translucency; standing on a shallow foot-rim, the centre painted with the arms of Stepney, gules, a fess checky or and azure between three owls, argent, with a baronet's badge, and argent, a lion rampant sable, the Princes of Powys Fadog for Lloyd, between the supporters, two foxes proper, crest a talbot's head erased gules collared checky or and azure, with an antler, gold spearhead border lined in red, rim painted with sprays and sprigs of European flowers in famille rose enamels, and with the same crest, brown rim line.
