Tea bowl and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, tea bowl standing on a tall foot ring, rounded sides, everted lip; decorated with a pink ground, on one side in polychrome enamels with a hen with blue wings, yellow tail and body and white head and neck in a farmyard vignette, opposite a small bush, gilt border to lip. Saucer standing on a foot ring, spreading sides, everted lip; decorated with a pink ground, in polychrome enamels in the centre with a cockerel with a blue neck, yellow wings, white body and tail in a farmyard vignette, gilt border to lip.
