Bootlace tie, 1958. Worn by Colin Goddard of Penarth. Purchased at Cardiff Market. Black silk plaited cord with metallic thread (worn off at front). With brass terminals; fastened by means of a metal slide which has two small loops at the back through which the cord passes. Decorated with mother of pearl and enamelled plaque with music stave.
