Flask
Small flask or trichterhalsbecher, grey stoneware, standing on a spreading pie-crust moulded foot, ovoid body, the lower portion in three broad bands, the body rising to a flared neck with extensive restoration; around the shoulder, four applied stamped rosettes, each consisting of a central dot, a small inner circle then an outer ring of raised dots; the shoulders with a very thin pale brown wash and a very light salt glaze, the lower body largely unglazed exposing the matt, pale grey stoneware body, the footrim with some areas of glazing, the base unglazed.
