Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Teapot and cover, earthenware, of oblong or 'London shape', standing on an oblong foot rim, rounded oblong body with raised ribs at the corners, upper rim of flange gadrooned and moulded with anthemions; domed cover with anthemion moulding and gadrooned oblong finial; scroll spout with anthemion moulding to upper side; oblong handle; transfer printed in red with the 'Archers', two female figures with archery equipment in front of a large house, ornamental tents and an expanse of water with a boat; with scrolling borders of flowers and foliage to flange, cover and handle, flower spray to upper side of spout and small floral spray to finial.
