Tureen and stand
Tureen and stand, no cover, soft-paste 'trident' porcelain with a yellowish earthy translucency; tureen on a pedestal base, rounded sides to shoulder, concave curve to lip; upturned spindle handles with floret embossed disks; stand on a straight sided foot rim, cushion moulded and slightly curved everted lip, and recess for tureen; both painted with small sprays and sprigs of roses, wild roses, blue convolvulus, an iris, and bluebells; gilt handles, gilt band to foot rim, and also tureen and stand lip.
