Plate, hard-paste porcelain, circular, footring; the edge is gilded, the rim is painted with a blue border overpainted with gold stars and a blue beaded border overpainted with gold stars and outlined in gold, the central reserve is circled by a border of blue triangles outlined in gold alternating with blue dots and an abraded gold band, the centre is painted with a blue and gold urn surrounded by foliage and framed by three gold bands in between which is a blue border that rises into points and a blue border that is overpainted with gold stars.
