Shackle
An iron shackle from a leg fetter, as used in prisons in 19th century. A horse-shoe shaped loop joined by means of a hinged barrel lock. Would have been jointed to a similar one by means of a chain. Rectangluar aperture at top of loop. Locked shut, key missing
