Jug of buff earthenware, standing on an uneven, curved footrim with a rounded, bulbous shaped body, tapering to a narrow neck,flaring at the top to end in a broad lip rim; broad, ridged handle attached below rim and to upper side of the main body; unglazed, of mottled appearance with extensive restoration to the neck and body.
