Roman copper alloy ox head escutcheon
Stylized 'ox-head' with elongated nose. The nose is solid but the rest is hollow behind. From the back of the head projects a ring, in the same plane, and a flat rectangular tang, at right angles. One horn is broken, the other ckacked. There is also some damage to the end of the nose.
