Cup, coffee
Coffee cup, soaprock porcelain, short foot-rim, high cuving sides and plain loop handle; transfer-printed in underglaze blue with around the exterior sides the 'Willow Nankin' pattern, an oriental-style pattern with an island and buildings to the right, a willow tree in the foreground, a small island to the top left and two birds flying above, around the interior lip-rim a cell border with a dagger pattern frieze below, gilt lines around the foot-rim and lip-rim, the handle picked out in gilt.
