Teapot and cover
Teapot, pearlware, standing on a rounded foot-rim, globular body, raised lip-rim, plain curving spout, plain loop handle, round slightly peaked cover with ball-shaped finial and pierced steam-hole; the exterior of the teapot and the upperside of the cover covered with silver lustre, this then decorated using lustre resist techniques with aorund the exterior sides of the teapot and the top of the cover a pattern of vine leaves, grapes and tendrils, white bands around the lower body and shoulder of the teapot and the rim of the cover, stylized leaves to the underside of the spout and to the handle. The lip-rim of the teapot and the rim of the cover chipped.
