Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Dish, oval, soft-paste porcelain with a pale buff translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; lobed lip with six large and six small lobes, moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage; groove moulded cavetto; painted with an asymmetrical arrangement of a flower spray and two single flowers in the centre, and six single flowers around the edge, including honeysuckle, bluebell, and pink rose; gilt band to the lip.
