Medieval antler object
Knight Chessman, cylindrical antler tine chessman. The upper part of a partially blackened knight of oval section. It is provided on the upper edge with a single projection, fashioned into a stylised zoomorphic head whose chin starts above a decorative border, and it bears ring and dot eyes and crossed lines for a muzzle.
