Rummer, lead glass, standing on a square pedestal foot and rudimentary facetted stem terminating in a collar, deep ovoid bowl; wheel-engraved on one side with a folliate scroll inscribed 'SUCCESS TO MONA MINE', curving over the Prince of Wales's feathers, and with 'COMPANY' below, flanked by trails of foliage, and on the other with the monogram 'JP' in foliage, the lip engraved with a running border of daisies and ovolos.
