Mug, lead glass standing on a shallow trumpet foot containing a Queen Anne silver sixpence of 1711, gadrooned base, rectangular cartouche to front with canted corners, reserved in flowing script Robert Wmes Vaughan
against an opaque ground, either Davenport`s patent (introduced 1806), or acid etched, band of nine threads below the everted lip, ribbed ribbon handle.
