Drinking fountain
Cast iron drinking fountain from main entrance to Cardiff Docks. It stood outside the G.P.O Building on James Street, Cardiff Docks. Consists of 8 columns & drinking fountain canopy. Painted dark green. This fountain was installed outside the Board of Trade Offices in Bute Place in 1914. It is one of at least ten fountains presented to the City by various members of the Samuel family in memory of their parents, their brother Louis Samuel and also Alderman Lewis Morgan.
