Cup, hard-paste porcelain, circular, loop handle terminating in moulded lotus leaves, footring; the rim is gilded, the footring is banded with a gilt line border, the inner rim is banded with a wide underglaze blue border of cross-hatched lines from which hangs dots alternating with crosses and this is overpainted with three gilt line borders and a border of scrolls and dots in gold, painted with a river scene of boats and pagodas in underglaze blue.
