A coatof arms: dext.(sable) two keys in saltire, ST.ASAPH; impaling sin. quarterly, 1. (Azure) a greyhound's head couped between three mascles, CLOUGH; 2. per fess (Azure) the Jerusalem Cross between four crosses crosslet and on either side a sword point up; and in base (Or) a lion passant (the augmentation coat given to or adopted by Sir Richard Clough after his return from a pilgrimage to the Holy Land); 3. (Argent) a chevron (?Sable) BETWEEN THREE BOARS' HEADS COUPED, powell; 4. (Azure) three covered cups, BUTLER. Carved outerborder.
