Plate
Plate of tin-glazed earthenware, standing on a gently rounded base without a foot rim, the body with a slightly cushion-moulded effect, the whole being gently curved with little differentiation between the central well and the rim; covered with a blue-tinged white tin-glaze and decorated in underglaze blue, in the centre with a small bird with raised wings, within a scrolled cartouche surrounded by arabesques and stylised foliage and flowers, the pattern expanding to cover the rim.
