Kettle
Kettle, hard-paste porcelain, squashed globular form with a further bulge at the shoulder, curving spout with decorative foliate moulding, hinged brass handle across the top with a porcelain grip to the middle and foliate moulding at the terminals; painted in polychrome enamels with to either side of the body a large spray of flowers, around the rest of the body scattered floral sprigs with further foliate sprigs in gilt, a spiralling wreath of flowers around the porcelain grip on the handle, the spout and terminals to the handle picked out in gilt and purple, gilt lines around the shoulder and neck.
