Medieval pottery jug
Complete jug with bing-shaped foot. Decorated with heater-shaped shields in rich orange, framed in chocolate brown with opposed birds in brilliant green. It has a mask (a opair?) on the damaged rim. Decoration is consistent with a late 13th century date.
