Roman lead sheet
Rectangular sheet with rounded ends, pierced by an iron-headed nail near one end. Possibly a clip used to hold together the seams between two sheets of lead, particularly on roofing. Such clips have been found in Saxon and Medieval contexts. Condition: one corner bent under.
