Tazza
Small tazza, or bowl, and cover, soft paste porcelain with a white translucency, lustrous slightly crackled glaze; domed foot with waisted sides and recessed base, short stem with central bun-shaped knop, shallow waisted bowl raising to an everted lip; shallow domed cover with a pine cone finial; pale turquoise blue ground, reserved with brightly painted flowers in cartouches of gilt flowers and foliage; the interior of the bowl also painted with a central bunch of flowers, amid insects and floral sprays.
