Plate, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a soft greeny-yellow tinge to the glaze, circular shape with inset base, curving sides and spreading rim, the sides of the well fluted, narrow bands of beading around the edge of the well, the top of the sides of the well and the rim, the rim ornamented with an elaborate pierce-work pattern; left a pale cream colour and glazed. The rim slightly chipped.
