White metal medal affixed to the centre of a roughly triangular ?onyx plaque, on the reverse are three black, circular felt pads, the box is of blue cardboard lined in the interior base with a deep red velvet, two gold coloured wires secure the award in place; the medal is stamped with the head and shoulders of a cloaked man, the ?onyx plaque is light green in colour.
