Randall, Thomas Martin (born 1786)
Dessert plate, yellowish soapstone porcelain, standing on a shallow foot rim, plain border; painted with a polychrome view of Ackworth School, West Yorkshire, a two storey thirteen bay building with pedimented centrepiece linked by colonades to two similar wings at right angles, and with a landscape including a house and bridge with a shepherd and his dog in the foreground, extending over the whole well of the plate, gilt cavetto and rim with a salmon pink ground within a gilt line border.
