Tea bowl
Tea bowl, pearlware with a bluish tinge to the glaze, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides with reeding around the lower body; the upper half of the exterior body decorated with a wide band of marbled slip in shades of brown, black and pale blue in imitation of granite, a narrow gilt band and a black and white chequered border. Narrow cracks to the body.
