Sucrier with cover
Sucrier, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides, round domed cover with to the centre a finial modelled in the form of an acorn with a stem and leaves; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior body of the sucrier and the top of the cover sprays and sprigs of flowers, around the exterior upper body of the sucrier and the rim of the cover borders of interlaced gilt ornament and floral festoons in puce with a pale green band along one side, gilt lines around the foot-rim and exterior lip-rim of the sucrier and around the rim of the cover.
