Twill weave carthen, about 1932. Woven at Esgair Moel Woollen Mill, Llanwrtyd. Woven in two pieces on three foot loom, stitched down centre. Fringed on all four edges. Pattern formed of squares and stripes in browns, dark yellow, light and dark blue and grey yarn, on a natural background.
