Black plastic member's pass book with popper button. 'The Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund' printed on top flap and 'Member's Pass book' printed on lower part. Inside are two oblongs cut out of the plastic in order to show membership number (22276), name (Stoneman, Samuel James) and date of birth (27/12/1889) typed on card underneath.
