Jug, buff earthenware, thinly potted with a blued and ?opacified pearl-glaze, widely crazed; ovoid body , straight neck with up-curving lip spout, plain high-set handle and recessed base; painted on each side with a floral spray in underglaze blue and in on-glaze yellow, green and brown, beneath the spout a green and brown sprig, round the neck a deep border of hatched lunettes and oval paterae, interrupted a section of overlapping elipses containing three dots, blue loops on upper and lower handle attachments, and blue lines at base and shoulders.
