Early Medieval iron stirrup
Small square loop continuous with the bow. The arms, imperfectly fused at the neck, are bowed and deeply unfolded to form a narrow tread. There are no proper sideplates. Heavily restored.
Possibly Viking.
Stirrup from St Mary Hill, which may be a rare example of a Viking grave in Wales.
