Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, straight sided foot rim, curved straight spreading sides; wavy lip with six large and six small lobes, moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon tied flowers and foliage, and six grooved-moulded cavetto; painted in dark green enamel and gilt with a two handled squat urn in the centre on three ball feet, in green with touches of gilt; gilt border to cavetto and lip, and edge painted with six small green and gilt rosettes.
