Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Mug, soft-paste porcelain with a deep yellowish-buff translucency; cylindrical shape, loop handle moulded with a slight thumb spur; the front painted with a monogram, - the letters WM, - within a wheat ear wreath, gilt sprigs, butterflies and a gilt flower spray on either side; gilt band above the foot rim, gilt lip, gilt anthemion pattern to the handle.
