PIPER, Tom (Tom Piper was born in the USA. He completed a Master of Fine Art degree at Eastern Michigan University and consequently taught at Daemon College in Buffalo New York. He moved to the United Kingdom in the early 1970s. He has taught at the Ruskin School of Drawing, University of Oxford and has worked professionally in Fine Art Pint workshops such as Editions Alecto, London, The Jerusalem Print Workshop, The Burston Graphic Centre, Jerusalem Israel and Peregrine Press, Dallas Texas. He retired from his position as head of the Printmaking Department at The Cardiff School of Art and Design, University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. He is the former Director of the Centre for Research in Fine Art, School of Art and Design and a founder member of V-6, Virtually-6.com, the printmaking research group, UWIC.)
