Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, rim with waved edge in twelve equal lobes, feather moulded, standing on a shallow foot rim; the centre painted with a bouquet of flowers including a pink and a white rose, a tulip, lilac, pansies, honeysuckle and speedwell; turquoise ground band on rim, inner edge waved and edged with a continous foliage trail in raised gilding, from which small polychrome sprays of flowers extend into the cavetto.
