crazy patchwork pincushion made from pieces of silk & rayon; feather stitches around pieces.
‘Crazy’ patchwork was often used in the making of household goods, such as piano covers, cushion covers and tea cosies. This pincushion was made in about 1910 from pieces of silk and rayon.
