Vase, hard-paste porcelain; standing on square plinth base, with a narrow pedestal foot, ovoid body with a flared collar, and two ram's head handles; painted on one side with a basket of flowers including a yellow and red tulip, two pink roses, and blue convolvuli, and three insects; other side painted with an arrangement of fruit on a bed of moss, including grapes, plums, apples, a strawberry, and a green butterfly; four pink roses on the foot, and four insects on the plinth; wavy leaf and flower pattern around sides of plinth on a gilt ground; gilt handles, and gilt arcaded border below lip with pendant leaf sprays; gilt lip and gilt arcaded border inside lip with stylised flower head pendants.
