Teapot and cover
Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, globular body, curving spout in the form of a serpent's head, double scroll handle with a modelled leaf at the shoulder, round domed cover with a finial in the form of a flower bud and leaf; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the body two large sprays and one small sprig of flowers, around the cover three small sprigs of flowers, the spout and handle picked out in gilt, the finial painted in puce and green.
