Sucrier with cover
Sucrier, from a cabaret service, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a blue-green translucency; standing on a ridged pedestal foot, bulbous ovoid shape, upright flared collar; volute handles with embossed rosette discs, terminating with a palmette; slightly domed cover with intertwined dolphins finial; painted with diagonal rows of three pink roses alternating with three gilt c-scrolls and red berries, all below a gilt c-scroll border; gilt dotted and c-scrolled border to collar and inside collar; gilt detail to handles; gilt scalloped edge to lip, and gilt bands to foot.
