Early Medieval pottery bowl
Rigoir Form 16. Reconstructed vessel made up from rim and upper wall sherds of a small, deep shouldered bowl with a raised cordon at the shoulder; Form D3. The rim is beaded external and bevelled internally. the decoration consists of bands of rouletting, now very abraided and indefinite. The ware is standar D ware, but no trace of a black wash remains. This single piece is a body sherd with the slight trace of external rouletting.
