Teacup and saucer, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, the saucer with a green translucency; cup standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape, slightly flared at lip; thick, curvaceous ogee handle; saucer standing on a straight sided foot rim, with rounded spreading sides; both transfer printed and infilled with enamel, with the Kingfisher pattern - a blue and pink plumaged kingfisher perched on a tree of stylised peonies in pink and blue, with dark olive foliage; gilt lip to cup and saucer.
