Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Plate, soft-paste porcelain, slightly yellowish translucency; tapering foot rim, spreading sides; the rim moulded with six large and six small lobes; the centre painted with nine Angoulême sprigs, consisting of blue, three petalled flowers emanating thin red lines above two rounded green leaves; one in the centre encircled by the remaining eight; the rim painted with a further eight of the same design; chocolate banding to outer rim.
