Tea bowl and saucer
Tea bowl, hybrid-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides; painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides scattered pieces of fruit and leafy sprigs with around the upper sides a rococo border of puce scales edged by gilt rocaille scroll-work, a further piece of fruit to the interior. Saucer, hybrid-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and curving sides; painted in polychrome enamels with to the well a group of fruit and flowers featuring a large bundle of asparagus and further scattered pieces of fruit and leafy sprigs, around the sides of the well a rococo border of puce scales edged by gilt rocaille scroll-work.
