Eiderdown
Eiderdown (one of pair). Used at a guest house in St David's from the 1950s until the 1970s. Made from printed cotton fabric in a paisley and floral design of pinks, green, pale blue and yellow on a buff ground. Piping in same material around edge. Machine-sewn. Feather filled and quilted: pattern of central diamond shape, two gently lobed ovals set within an outer rectangle shape.
