betgwn of tabby weave blue + red wool and white cotton check. 3 panels: back and 2 fronts, A-line cut from shoulders, gathered at back waist and into back collar, + fronts into shoulder seam. Sleeves cut on bias with turn-back cuffs. Pleats down front: sown roughly on right hand side. Blue silk ribbon sewn into left hand side front waist
