Teacaddy with cover, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a flat base, rectangular body, flat shoulders, flat, circular cover; decorated in underglaze blue, overdecorated in gilt, sides with Oriental plants and flowers, a bird with wings out on either side, branches on shoulder, gilt border to base and shoulders, cover with gilt border to rim and upper half, flowers in centre.
